Food Events and Farmers Markets

Farmers Markets take place around the district each month, in St Albans and Harpenden, where you can buy delicious local produce. To celebrate the fantastic range of food and drink that the district has to offer, every autumn you can enjoy the St Albans CAMRA Beer Festival, and the St Albans Food and Drink Festival.

Farmers Markets

Every second Sunday (St Albans) and fourth Sunday (Harpenden) of the month Farmers' Markets help local farmers, growers and producers to sell their own produce, direct to the public. The markets provides fresh, safe, natural, nutritious food that you can trust. Plus, a vibrant and entertaining shopping experience in the beautiful surroundings in the heart of St Albans, just opposite the Town Hall, and on Lower High Street, Harpenden.
