June

This June sees the Foodies festival arrive in town for the first time. It’s down at Oaklands college between 2-4 June and will feature top chefs from MasterChef and Great British Bake off plus live music from Scouting for Girls and Natalie Imbruglia. It’s a festival for the whole family with amazing food, drinks and activities for the kids along side the music line up.

Guaranteed fun at the St Albans Folk Festival (Free Event) with barn dancing, live music, singing and music sessions, a Festival Concert, folk dancing ‘taster workshop’ and lots more. 16-18 June 2023, St Albans City Centre & St Saviour’s Church

The Alban Weekend kicks off with the Alban Pilgrimage, organised by St Albans Cathedral, with a procession of 12ft tall carnival puppets and the re-enactment of events which led to St Alban’s execution. July

St Albans International Organ Festival celebrates its 60th year with performers from around the world performing a wide musical repertoire. 3-15 July 2023, St Albans Cathedral and other venues (tickets HERE)

St Michael’s Folk Evening in pretty St Michael’s Village features bellringers, Morris dancers, Maypole dancing and a ukulele band plus, live music, food and drink. 5 July 2023, St Michael’s Street (Free)

September

Hosted by Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge, Pub in the Park is an action-packed weekend with dancing, live bands and amazing food created by award winning restaurants and top chefs. 8-10 September 2023, Verulamium Park (Tickets HERE)

St Albans Feastival is an incredible foodie celebration in the city centre with food and drink stalls, street entertainment, bars with live music, art and craft activities and cookery demonstrations. 24 September 2023, Central St Albans. Organised by SADC (Free).

October
