Peace Doves 

St Albans Cathedral hosts Peace Doves, a majestic art installation by Peter Walker Sculptor. Bringing a message of peace and hope, 10,000 paper doves hang from the Cathedral tower. St Albans Cathedral, until 13 February, stalbanscathedral.org

Yoga Under the Peace Doves

Blue Monday Charity Wellness Event

Beat the Blue Monday blues and join The Hub on Verulam for an evening dedicated to mental wellness. Sessions include pottery making, sound healing and nutrition. All profits are being donated to local charities Mind in Mid-Herts and Youth Talk. The Hub on Verulam, 15 January, thehubonverulam.com

Bibliotherapy Course

Discover the link between reading and well-being with Nicole Moody’s Bibliotherapy Course at Books on the Hill. Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is the use of props to support the body in positions of ease to facilitate deep relaxation and health. We work very hard in our lives, and while we may sleep, we rarely taken time to rest.
