Join us over on Instagram at 3pm on Sunday 27 September to cook these wonderful blackened pork gyros with chilli salsa

These are the ingredients and equipment you'll need to have to hand...

Gyro:
½ cup flour
¼ cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
(or cheat and buy ready made tortillas!)

Pork:
250g pork loin steaks
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp dried herbs (oregano or thyme)
1 tsp salt
Cracked black pepper
Drizzle olive oil

Salsa:
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 clove garlic
1 red chili
4 tbsp olive oil
Pinch salt and sugar
1 tsp vinegar

Extras:
Finely diced ½ red onion
Few sprigs fresh herbs (parsley, mint or coriander)
Few spoons Greek yogurt
1 lemon

Equipment:
Frying pan or skillet
Mixing bowl
Pestle and mortar or hand blender
